Feel great after taking this product
I love love this product, before PYM Omega-3 I was feeling a lot of brain fog, sluggish throughout the day and I wanna say that a week after I noticed the brain for was getting better I was in a better mood . I heard that Omega 3 are brain food but I really like this particular brand, and I know that based on how I feel now my brain is well fed.

These definitely have made a difference in my o real health. Adding omega 3 to your supplement routine is necessary in your 50 and tre mood enhancement is a benefit!

Stomach Upset Possible..
Seems to be good quality, but causes significant stomach upset for me. I wish they came in smaller pill sizes so I could split them up throughout the day a bit more.

Looking for Vitamin b without biotin
No problem with the product, most vitamin b products have too much of everything in them and includes biotin (which gives me a headache) No negative side effects, aftertaste, burping or upset stomach. I haven't felt a change in my energy levels and I'm okay with that. My third time purchasing. Very pleased!

Missing safety seal and extra pills?
Really liked this item as they were small and easy to take b vitamins with vitamin d. However my most recent order came without a safety seal and with 32 capsules instead of 30 which seemed suspicious, and I don’t feel comfortable taking them.
