I bought the Strawberries and Cream and all I can say is wow a shake that tastes great and not artificial. Mixes really easy and have lost three pounds in five days having 2 shakes a day and one evening meal. Price is great too and I will use this along with another flavour for the next few months too get some weight off. I actually look forward to having it as it reminds me of a Mc Donald's milkshake. I mix 1 scoop with 250ml skimmed milk and shake hard for a minute this produces a lovely thick shake. Had to add a little note to my review. Just been to order 1 for a friend and the price has shot up from £18.99 to £31.99......this is within a space off 1 week. I think that although I like it I will search out a cheaper shake!

I've bought shakes from Protien Works before and been very pleased with the taste and quality so at the end of summer, I thought try strawberries and cream. I'm nearly through the bag now but I have consistently found the taste insipid and not at all to my liking. It's just about bearable with a lot of ice added to dull the taste down completely. Needless to say, I won't be buying this flavour again.

Ich muss wirklich ein großes Lob aussprechen. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit schon viele Shakes ausprobiert, aber dieses Pulver ist mit Abstand das Beste. Es schmeckt wirklich hervorragend. Ich habe bereits mehrere Sorten getestet und bisher haben mir alle sehr gut gefallen. Ich mische es mit Mandelmilch, dabei löst es sich gut auf. Ab und zu sind zwar kleine Klümpchen dabei, aber selbst die finde ich nicht störend. Ich kann das Pulver definitiv weiterempfehlen. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die Verpackung: Aus der Tüte lässt sich das Pulver etwas umständlich entnehmen, ohne dass etwas daneben geht.

Je me suis trompé, j’ai pris le Protein Works – Substitut de Repas “normal” à la place de l’“extrême” ! Mais je ne regrette pas : le goût fraise à la crème est vraiment bon (utilisé avec du lait). Pour ma part, aucun grumeau ! J’utilise un mixeur et c’est parfait, ça cale bien du midi jusqu’au soir. Je recommande !

Ho acquistato la confezione da 2 kg al gusto Panna & Fragola. Il sapore è ottimo, davvero molto buono e mi ricorda tantissimo il gelato “fior di fragola”. Inoltre si scioglie facilmente nello shaker. Lo userò in sostituzione del pasto serale, integrandolo con attività sportiva. Spero di vedere presto dei bei risultati.

The taste is terrible. I am sorry, but it is impossible to eat this. I tried thrice and I gave up. I threw it away. I will try HSNStore or XXLNutrition instead.
