The items received had a missing usb to type C charger for the heating pad, so disappointing that I have to buy that parts first before it can be used. I tried it after it was charged but the heating pad doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Brace does not have enough back support. I do love having the heat, but it doesn't stay warm for long (15 min.). Battery also goes dead quickly approx (4 uses). Needs better power bank and longer time before shuts off.

The media could not be loaded.  I received this product at the right moment. I deal with back pain a lot. Mainly due to the fact that I lean down to wash dishes in my kitchen sinks. I figured I would give my back belt a try. Thankfully it put out pure “happy heat”. As soon as the heat started radiating I was instantly relieved. The packaging is very basic, but the battery pack comes in a little cute velvet bag that you can reuse for something special ladies (wink, wink). It came with the power adapter and usb cord as well meaning it’s rechargeable. It has three different temperature levels. I’ve had it on for the last two hours. The coolest thing is that you can detach the heating pad from the back brace to use as you move around the house. Ladies this works wonders for cramps during that girl time. You know what I mean. It shuts off automatically after 30 minutes of being turned on. I give this product a thumbs up.

I grabbed this heated back brace for my husband. He has back issues and serves at the altar at our liturgy services so that means standing for hours at a time. He said that this back brace gives him nice support and he likes that it has the option to do heat if he needs it. I will say that it doesn't get quite as hot as say a heating pad does, but it does warm up nicely for a gentle heat on the back. It has a little battery pack that is stored in a little pocket on the front and is nicely concealed when he is wearing it under his clothing. He has it charging right now so he can wear it tomorrow at church. I'm thankful that it fits him well and gives him some added relief from the back pain while he is standing so much. For reference, he wears a size 38 in the waste and carries some weight in his tummy area but this back belt still fits him nicely and is closed easily around his body. He says he if very happy with the fit and how comfortable the unit is to wear.
