Preassembled Tent Poles Replacement, Grey 7001 T6 Heated Aluminum Tent Poles 1 Pole Pack

I have an old favourite tent that has fiberglass poles with stress fractures from age and use. Ordered two of these and was able to remove one section from each in order to match the old pole length within a few mm. What a difference! These are lighter and stronger and the tent even looks better now. They also fold up a bit shorter than the old pole, allowing me to pack the tent down smaller. I tried to find replacements like this in local outdoor stores but they only have individual sections for fixing single broken segments. This fully assembled kit is definitely a better option. Make sure you order a set that is as long as or longer than your old poles!

These were phenomenal! I had a pole snap on my barely used Coleman tent. I measured it and decided to purchase this as a replacement and ordered an extra one in case it broke or the other original pole broke while on our camping trip. I am currently looking to replace all the fiberglass tent poles for these! The measurements are correct, the size and thickness were exact, and very sturdy! Honestly felt these were easier to fold than the original fiberglass poles. They were easier to snap together and they stayed together!

I just used these for the first time today. I had a couple of fiberglass poles that came with my tent that broke and realized I could buy aluminum instead of fiberglass again so I thought I'd take a chance. The poles almost assembled themselves, they came together smoothly and slid through the channels on my tent far smoother than the stock fiberglass ones ever did. I'm thinking I'm going to measure out the other fiberglass poles and order them in aluminum as well. The only down side was that they come with ends ready to use with a pocket, but on my tent I have a peg that the poles plug into, but I found that all I have to do is pull that end out and flip it off to the side and then I can slide the pole onto that peg alongside the elastic and it worked awesome. Time will tell how they hold up, but they look great and they seem to be an awesome replacement for my tent's original poles.

Exactly what I was looking for to replace my old broken ones. The only thing I wish I could change was how you cant permanently switch the end because of how it is attached. Still use this a couple years later and has held up just fine. Quality is there and they are easy to use.
