Large Collapsible Jumbo Storage Box Folding Storage Chest Kids Room Tidy Toy Box (Vintage)

I bought this box 3 years ago and now I’m back to buy a 2nd one. Please note: this is a storage chest, not a toy box. The bad reviews are from people who’ve tried to use it as a toy box. I bought it for storage. It sits on top of my son’s wardrobe (short Ikea one) and I store presents & clothes that he’s not ready for yet. It’s an absolutely brilliant box! With the one piece of Velcro at the front of the lid, it’s easy for me to flip it open and stuff bits inside subtly, even while he’s sleeping. If I lift it down, I hold it under the base if it’s full because I want it to last but it’s held a lot of weight happily with books and pots of play-dough and the handles are sturdy too. It fits a really decent amount of stuff in. It looks just like the picture so is perfect for a kids space-themed bedroom or a playroom. It’s easy to dust or wipe clean. (Other fabric boxes I bought just gather dust.) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this or to buy it for a friend as a present. It’s an item I wouldn’t be without! And now I will buy another for on top of his chest of drawers to replace the nasty fabric boxes!

Bought this box for my son as his toys were always hanging around. It s large and contains many toysMy son loves it. Only thing is it smells a bit...it looks really nice and it s sturdy enough as long as the kid don t sit or stand on it or does not put anything heavy

A really nice product but this lovely and convenient item (which I chose of my own free will), makes a tempting target for the unknowing child to see as a potential seat . . . with potentially disastrous results!The older child will be able to comprehend why this should not be, but those a little younger could very well wreck the entire piece. This is NOT a seat! It is not strong enough for that purpose!

Good large size toy storage box. Decorative and easy to fold up or down if not needed to put away. Great for kids, and plain colours also for workroom storage. Arrived in good time.

These are fantastic looking boxes and a really useful large size. However they are not very strong. They are basically light cardboard boxes with a cover. A child leaning on the side would collapse it in seconds. For my own use I have made a hardboard liner to provide a strong structure, which is probably not something everyone would want to do! But it does make a great looking storage box that doesn't weigh much itself.

Excellent value for money! Fits together perfectly and is ideal for a quirky, relatively large storage box. Deceptive in just how much you cam store in them.. and they stack perfectly without collapsing. I know because I was so impressed I ordered a second one !
