As far as I can tell, this is a high-quality product and one of the better deals out there. It doesn't taste great if you only mix it with 8 ounces of water, but if you mix it with 16 or more then you'll barely notice it. Same if you add it in with a protein drink- you won't notice the taste. Your results may vary. I've been using it for 2.5 months now. I didn't do a loading dose, just went with one scoop per day. In the first week or so I felt like it was giving me dry mouth, but that sensation went away over time. I've gained a little bit of weight (~3 pounds) and have set a few PRs in the time since I've started taking this. Now, was that placebo, a general result of working out that I would have experienced normally, or was creatine helping me? It's difficult to say. It certainly wasn't a night and day difference, but I do think that it helped a little. Either way, the research is solid on creatine and I'm going to keep taking it. I'll continue buying this brand if it continues to deliver a solid value compared to other brands.

It mixes relatively nicely into everything we've added it to, with just smidge of graininess, which is no big deal to us. If you don't drink enough water, you might feel a bit of stomach upset, but as long as you're hitting standard hydration goals, you should be good.

As others have mentioned it does clump a bit but keeping it in a dry and cool place with extra desiccant packs will help. Not a big deal regardless. Repurchased my second tub already.
