What age is it for. Says 2 to 6years on amazon but 3 to 6years on the box which is correct?

My boy is 4 and its a little bit small for him... If you you lift the handle bars higher then yes it would fine but due to not being able to do this I'd say its for a 2/3 year old.....I have a 6 year old boy aswell and this would be whey to small for him...
