Honestly I wouldn’t wear anything else when I tuck. They do a great job Holding it and firm I don’t recommend exercise in these though Via Bike riding or other Types of work outs. They can definitely not be the Type of wear for That theses are mostly for casual hanging out and hiding the package. I rode my Bike in them a couple times and Experience the worst wedge with a bit of bleeding from my skin it rubbed of the top layer of skin.
