I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type III / Joint Hyermobility syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I suffer regular intense muscle spasm and cramps all over my body. My calves are s tight evey morning and hurt all day. This took the pain away. I have regular severe muscle spasms in my shoulder and up my neck and this stopped it in its tracks. There's a long list on the back which includes things like Capric/Capric and Glyceryl Stearate - not sure if these are natural or not. I can say it has worked for me and has had no adverse effects on me or my husband or my Mother-in-law - both of whom have sensitive skin. It helps with sleep and muscles. Recommended. **Q: can this help with a frozen shoulder?** A: Having had an impinged shoulder, which is nearly a frozen shoulder, I would say no. You need to buy the 10% Nurofen Gel and rub that on. It will reduce the inflammation. Make sure you see an Osteopath or similar who should give you exercises to help get it moving again. Do them, carefully, but do them. It will not get better if you don't. My shoulder has, unfortunately, never recovered fully and does not have the same movement as my 'normal' shoulder. Magnesium Chloride not listed as a percentage on the bottle - just Purified Water, Magnesium Oil (Magnesium Chloride Brine), etc. Used an old pump dispenser, otherwise it's a struggle to get the lotion out of the bottle. The bones in my hands are susceptible to a lot of pain and the lotion helped.
