what is the size of the gasket?

it is 9 1/2 inches across or 24cm whichever you use

Although the photo is grey, your description says black. Please let me know which it is as only grey works with my model. Many thanks.

I believe that the grey seal is made for stainless steel pans & another colour (black?) is produced for aluminium. I checked with the Prestige web site but could not find a reference to colour. When ordering from Amazon I am sure the colour was stated in the description of the replacement gasket. Hope the may be of some help.

I have the cooker on the stainless steel gasket card and need a different spare for it but cannot find model no can you help?.

Your original pressure cooker manual will give you the spare numbers. If you no longer have it, try downloading it from prestige.
