Hands down the best pencil eye liner ever. Doesnt dry up and stop working. Love the colors and they stay put. I’ve tried them all and this is the best. I hope I can always find it on line because I don’t see stores carrying it.

Don’t buy
I bought a black eyeliner, the pencil eyeliner is a black colored pencil. I received a smoky grey eye liner in a pink eyeliner pencil. The sender also stated no refunds. Extremely misleading.
