What you see in the picture is what you get. The end the cable comes in is threaded, presumably to allow it to be threaded onto a table lamp base or something similar you only get one shade ring with each lampholder which I think is a bit silly as you need 2 to attach any type of lampshades. YOU REQUIRE 10 MM THREADED TUBE WHICH YOU CAN GET IN VARIOUS LENGTHS. ALSO YOU CAN GET OTHER ACCESSORIES. YOU CAN GET ALL THIS EITHER ON AMAZON OR EBAY.

Q: How to connect wire. No screw to fix wire.

This is a push fit connection. You bare the wires and push into the contacts. The contacts are two little silver spring connections and you need to feed the wire in between them. if you pull on the wire it will lock the wire into position.
