Love it
Item came as described. Shipping was fast. Has alot of hidden pockets but a little small inside.Update: finally used it for the first time while on vacation in the mountains. The bag has already started tearing up on the handle.

Not so durable
This bag didn’t last long the strap broke in just a couple months so I had to replace it. This is the second replacement i had so I had to go with a different company

Not very durable.
Barely any pockets inside, my things get disorganized easily. Rather smaller than I thought it would be. Some threads have already come loose near the top causing pieces to separate. When I initially got it the reflective part was severely cracked and peeling. Overall I'm pretty disappointed.

The outside charge and access to your mobile devices is a sham! Yes, there is a zipper inside the bag that you THINK goes to that section, but it does not. If you want that outside access point, DO NOT BUT THIS!!!

Poor Quality
Within half of a day of normal use (zipping and unzipping) - the inside lining shredded and tore. Can't use the bag at all.
