Fantastic if you don't have the patience or time to do a multiple day course of spray/cream, does exactly as advertised and resolves athlete's foot in 1x use using the whole tube, it's expensive but you pay for the convenience of a product working so quickly without hassle.

Pharmacist where I asked for it told me it was off the market as effectiveness had not been as good as their "apply twice daily for a week" types. Personally I've always found this good. Gets rid of athlete's foot quickly, but it does come back, months, years later - maybe picked up again from a pool or something, but it does come back to the same place on my foot so maybe it remains dormant in the skin.

I am 65 and had dry skin on my feet for years, I was told by a NEW chiropodist that it was more likely to be athletes foot which I also had many times over the years in my toes. I had prior to this on a monthly basis used a foot sander/scrubber to rid of dry skin. I had used Lamisil once just a couple of times, but did not work. I decided to work on my feet again as they were getting me down every time I looked at them. I got to work on them but failed to follow the recommended instructions and started using Lamisil Once every other day. I am on the 6th tube now, despite costly, I can honestly say that it has almost finally disappeared.. I have also used the spray intermittently too. Sounds expensive, but worked out less than one visit to the chiropodist. I feel like a new man... thank you Lamisil once!!

The Lamisil Once is just that; use it once to eliminate the foot fungus. However it needs to be done right, and for the infection to be only on the surface. It will fail if it is a deep infection or not applied correctly. Make sure the foot is free from cuts and abrasions and all loose flakes of skin (gentle use of clean new 150 grit sandpaper is very effective), well washed and completely dry. Then use half of the tube on one foot and half on the other, with dry hands and fingers. Cover the whole of the sole and up around the sides and in and around all the toes and nails, be generous until the tube is finished. Let it dry and don’t wash the feet for at least 24hours. After that, wash normally and regularly but without any abrasion. And wait for a few days or even a week, resist scratching any itches! It should be gone. But not always, if so then don’t apply another dose, and instead see your doctor. As always, wash socks, clothes and towels properly to prevent re-infection. Consider new shoes, or spray the insides of that favourite pair with a good fungicide.
