**Q: Can I use coconut sugar for baking cakes?**
A: Yes. You can. It states it on the tub somewhere. It is not that sweet bear in mind.  It it can be used for baking. Also Benny- take a look at ‘Algave syrup ‘. I’ve just discovered it and is a lovely substitute. You should not spend any more than about £4-5.00 per bottle.   Hope this helps.  Jx

A: It’s made purely from coconut and it’s organic so no sesame of gluten…

A: No its slightly different a nice substitute to sugar in a cuppa no aftertaste like sweeteners - give it a go!

**Q: Are  the Sugar granules larger in size?**
A: They are the same size as demerara sugar granules and are great for cooking. Sticky toffee pudding is a must-using them.

Purchased because I like sweet things but not the calories/insulin spike. This did not disappoint, a very nice sweet affect with a dark taste that goes nicely with coffee

I loved it.This is a great find, for me personally, as I am type 1 diabetic, and even though I should be banned from consuming sugar, I do have a sweet tooth!I am not sure why, or even how a 1 star review was allowed to be given, because the taste was 'strange'? I think that is a little unfair.It has a nice caramel taste, perfect for my sweet tooth, and I can use it in my cooking, without the high GI. I haven't tried it in my coffee, but I just know its going to be a perfect alternative to sweeteners.Of course, not everyone has the same taste as me, but, in my honest opinion, it is really very nice, and I will definitely buy it again.I am probably going to suffer weight gain from this because as soon as it came, I unscrewed the top, took off the seal, dipped my spoon in, tasted it, got a lovely surprise, and I will perhaps get someone to hide it, to stop myself!Yummy!

Well theoretically sugar is sugar but this is supposed to be a little better for reducing “ the glucose spike “ so thought I’d try it in baking. Smells like caramel straight out of the well made packet, it’s a drier texture than brown sugar and sweetened the pudding nicely- I like it ( but maybe not the price ) 😉.
