Excellent product!
This magnesium formula is miraculous. It is a game changer. I feel more energised but relaxed at the same time. My sleep is also greatly, improved. Better sleep and no RLS but a tad laxative
Only 4 stars because I’ve noticed quite a laxative effect… admittedly this was needed somewhat but if it becomes a problem I may have to stop taking it. However on the plus side my sleep is improved and although still waking twice a night I’m going straight back to sleep. And no sign of Restless Legs! Hope it continues

Perfect results, highly recommended
I have been suffering from night time chronic leg cramps for a while, male 60. Narrowed it down by many trials and errors to a deficiency in magnesium. Tried others from Amazon but was always worried about the high dosage, tried these, taking just one 300mg tablet about 9 o’clock every night and perfect no leg cramps and taking under the recommended dosage. Works for me very happy
