Nature's Way Alive! Men’s 50+ Ultra Potency Complete Multivitamin, High Potency Formula, Supports Whole Body Wellness*, 150 Tablets

I love these vitamins for men

I only use higher quality men's multivitamins for men over 50. It seems to be the best one I have used to date. Higher dosages is not always the best for one's health. Remember, it is a supplement and not a replacement for the real thing (food). But, for a man who does not always have the time or patience to eat healthy always, I like it.

The only thing to say about these vitamins is that my body feels better when I take them daily. I feel just a tad less vibrant when I skip taking them for more than two or three days. This particular supplement agrees with my body.

Urine is deep yellow, body letting out what is not being used . Drink plenty of water, good source of vitamins

I chose Natures Way because they're well reviewed by an independent consumer-oriented lab. They contain what they claim, in the amounts they claim, and come without the contaminants sometimes found in other supplements. The 150-coun size offers a good value, to boot.
