Wooden Spoons for Cooking, Teak Wood Kitchen Utensil Set – Multipack

I was using plastic spatulas in my cast iron skillets to keep from scratching the seasoning layers that I have built up. I was buying new ones constantly because the edges would start to get rough and I was afraid that bits of plastic were getting in our food. I threw them away and bought the best wooden utensils that I could find in our town and though nice, they were bulky, thick edged tools that required frequent oiling with butcher block oil. I read about Woodenhouse products and decided to order a 6 piece set. I was immediately impressed when I opened the box. The spatulas are thin but very strong, very easy to use, unlike their more bulky counterparts and the finish on them makes clean up and maintaining them a breeze. Every time that I use them, which is every day since I use cast iron every day, I am more impressed with their versatility. I have gotten away from nonstick but if someone needs a set of tools that won’t mess up your expensive nonstick pans this set is perfect for them. On top of being strong, functional kitchen tools they are a pretty piece of wood, well made and well finished that would look nice as serving pieces on most any table.

I’m really happy with this wooden utensil set! You get a great variety of pieces, so there’s something for pretty much every type of cooking. They’re lightweight but still feel sturdy and comfortable to hold. I also love the natural wood look. They’re pretty enough to leave sitting out in a utensil holder on the counter. Great set for the price!

Beautifully crafted! I bought these because I am eliminating plastics from my life wherever possible. These utensils more than fit the bill. The color is stunning and they are functional. One thing they could add is a ladle with a deeper bowl for soup. Not a complaint about the included ladle which was perfect for batter.

Recently decided to move away from plastic utensils. Saw this set and decided to order it because it seemed pretty complete. We'll it is. 1. They're beautiful. 2. They've been easy to use. I prefer thinner edges to get under food to turn it in a pan or pot. These do that. One interesting thing is one of the spatula has slightly rolled up edges which makes it easier to turn food items that normally fall off. All in all, we love them so far.

Just received these today and haven't cooked with them yet. First glance, they feel sturdy and have a nice natural oil rub finish. They are very good looking. Good variety of utensils, enough to handle just about any general cooking task. All pieces are carved from a single piece of teak, so there are no glued joints in any utensil. I think if you treat them right, hand wash and rub with mineral oil every now and then to retain the finish that these will last a very long time. Only 4 stars for now since I have yet to use them, will update to 5 after I see how they feel while using.

Until now, I've had a smattering of different cooking utensils ranging from plastic, to rubber, to bamboo-which was supposed to be all natural but is actually assembled in pieces and glued together with formaldehyde!! of all things! I bought the 10 piece Teakwood kitchen utensil set, WOW, WOW, I'm blown away with the Feel of it, the beautiful coloration and grain of the wood, it makes me WANT to cook more! I don't own a working dishwasher any longer but I wouldn't put it in there anyway, it takes 5 seconds to clean it off from eggs or anything I'm cooking and the water beads up on it......almost like a new car LOL! I dry it immediately and put away, then eat. It has a nice 'heft' to it without being heavy or cumbersome, I understand it will last decades with proper care, no worries, I take good care of my stuff! Super happy with my purchase, I've read their customer service is also amazing!

These teak wood wooden spoons are not only practical but, are gorgeous! These are a work of art!! I have been wanting to get rid of the silicone and plastic kitchen utensils for a while, now. I finally did so and I am so impressed with these spoons. They do the job and I am not worried about microplastics and other undesirable components in these spoons. In fact, I bought a second pair for my son. Thank you for this wonderful product!!

Bardzo estetycznie wykonane przybory. Jakość wydaje się być ponadprzeciętna. Jedynie chochelka mogłaby być większa/głębsza, bo żeby nalać talerz zupy to pewnie trzeba min. z 6 takich chochelek.
