I’ve been taking this supplement for about a week now. I take two in the morning and two at night. For me, the difference is amazing in how I feel, and how my digestion is affected. I suddenly have much more energy, focus, and clarity in my thinking. And as for digestion in general, I’m not miserable after meals anymore, regardless of how much or little I eat. (And that was not my purpose for taking this supplement – I know that unhealthy liver affects cognitive processes directly, but I have had digestive issues and know that healthy liver function is essential to that process as well). I would suggest taking Tudca with a meal, as it seems much more effective then, and I drink a little more water than usual, not because this supplement makes me thirsty, but because I know that all chemical processes take place in the presence of water in the human body. If I had known how good I’d feel by taking this supplement, I would’ve taken it a long time ago. As for this brand, it works so well for me that I need not look anywhere else. I put this supplement on a subscription after seeing how well it works. I’m looking forward to the effect some say that it has on the absorption of Vitamin A, and the benefits of eye health. Some people commented on pill size. This is no different than any other capsule. Definitely not any larger! Easy to swallow. I've been taking Tudca for about 3 months now. I researched alot of different companies that make this product and decided to go with this one. After reading and finding out just how bad ultra processed foods are and alot of the food we eat is I needed to change. I bought this product and am also buying organic, grass fed food, too. I could tell a difference after a couple of weeks. I don't have the belly bloat, fatigue, indigestion issues or brain fog that I was having. I was wanting to feel better. I don't seem to get as anxious either. I hope it helps with my cholesterol levels too. The capsules are easy to swallow. They don't smell, which is good. With the 7 ingredients, from milk thistle to dandelion root it is a good combination. I will definitely buy this again.
