The color is a deep honey color, the taste is a bit strong like a honey with a spicy kick, but very manageable. Helps lower discomfort and and lower breathing pain such as nasal pressure, chest congestion, and that overall yucky mucusy feeling. Good value for how many portions are in there. Good quality product overall.

Wanted to try a more natural cough syrup. Still has that horrid obnoxious taste you need to gag down. But, it does work fine.

Effective - taste is definitely a thick agave flavor but nothing too terrible. Much better than the artificially sweet flavor of other brands. I am slowly clearing out our old medicines and replacing them with Genexa, from our baby to our adult products. They are just as effective but the ingredients are so much better. I love that they are transparent. The products are pricey but I think it is worth it.

It worked great on stopping the cough. I liked that there are no artificial ingredients and no grains as I have celiac disease and can't have any grains. I did make me sleepy, but being sick, I needed the sleep anyway. The Taste was gross and I had belching of it if I didn't have enough food in my stomach.

This product tastes awful. I also didn't feel like it really helped my cough symptoms or helped me sleep. Not worth the money

A great alternative to all the medications using colors and preservatives you don’t want in your body. It does a great job curbing the cough and it’s a great price. Also does a great job getting you to sleep on those days the cough keeps you up.
