I started taking Beverly supps about 2 months ago and I absolutely love them. It's the only label I use at this point. I think they use the old school, legit ingredients that classic body builders used. Not cheap but the best I've used.

I enjoyed this product. My body did feel like I was 18 again working out. I saw immediate results in my workout. My body feels amazing taking this . I actually could work out for 3 hours straight and work my 8 hour shift and I didn’t crash at work. At no point did I ever feel muscle fatigue while taking this product. I had to stop taking it liquid. I’m definitely switching to the pill form due to a bladder condition I have. This is good stuff.

I have been taking this for about 11 days. Its an OK product so far. It doesn't give me the muscle pumps or fullness yet that I usually get from other creatines. Also, at the recommended daily serving of two scoops there is only 3 grams of creatine in that. Since I am 200lbs I am taking 3 scoops daily and it is still an under dosed creatine product with only 4.5 Grams of creatine daily. I usually take 5-7 grams for best results.

This product is one of the reasons I'm still able to workout at the gym with as much energy and intensity as I do. The results after taking it are almost immediate- not extreme, but there's definitely a surge of greater focus, mental clarity and endurance. I've been taking for over 14 years, first in the tablet form and then as the powder- with water form, which I love and bring along in my Camelbak bottle. The lemon flavor is quite pleasant and I actually look forward to taking this both as a pre-workout drink and then a sipping drink during the workout sessions.

I used this for the first time and love it. I noticed gains in all of my lifting work, almost immediately. I used for two weeks on and one week of rest. I will repeat this a few more times to try to get my total muscle percentages up. in using the muscle synergy, my total body muscle percentage increased by 1.5% (give or take), in three weeks.

Just started this product so I can’t comment on efficacy. However the “lemon” taste is nauseating. You have to mask it with tea or something. Won’t reorder this flavor.
