Biosilk Silk Therapy Shampoo for Unisex, 34 Ounce

Old Classic..and still one of the best out there.. I'm a product junkie and am always trying new shampoos/conditioners. Recently I've come back home to one of my old faves - Biosilk. This stuff is great. My hair is always silky, shiny and smells good. If it's so good then why did I move on in the first place you miight ask?? Answer: Because I get bored and frequently cheat on my products. lol Other places to get this size at a great price: TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Ebay. Try this with the Biolsilk Silk Therapy clear serum + the Shampoo and you will be a happy camper.

I couldn't believe just how large this bottle was. I love Biosilk Therapy Shampoo - it's great for my fine, thin hair and smells fantastic. What I couldn't believe was that getting the larger size was like getting 2/3's for free compared to the price of the smaller size in stores. Also a little tip - i was running low so I diluted one of my smaller bottles with 1/2 water and 1/2 product - I got the same great mounds of bubbles and the shampoo worked just as great. Now I put some from the big bottle into the smaller bottle add some water and keep that in the shower to use. Then fill from the larger bottle as needed. Even bigger savings!!! :) Also it was packed great, arrived fast, I'll def use this Seller again!!!

I purchased this shampoo along with the hydrating conditioner. I noticed after a few uses that my hair color was fading and my hair didn't feel the same. I first suspected the conditioner, so I compared a dime sized amount of the conditioner on a paper towel next to some of the original biosilk conditioner I bought at a beauty supply store. The color and the consistency were not the same. When I realized that the conditioner was counterfeit, I immediately suspected the same with the shampoo. I repeated the same test with the original biosilk shampoo. The fragrances were similar, and both were clear... however again, the consistency was not the same. I also noticed that the later of this shampoo was not the same as the lather of the original biosilk. As such, I believe that this is not the same shampoo as I purchased at the beauty supply store, even though the bottle is the same. Do not purchase this product. You don't know what they filled that bottle with, but I'm pretty sure it is not biosilk. There's a reason that this shampoo is so much cheaper than other venders.

I have used this product for over two years and love it! I have very fine hair and it cleans thoroughly without weighing down my hair. During the past two years, I have used various other products (if travelling for example) and when I come back to my Biosilk, I remember why I am still using it. I purchased the 34 oz bottle, despite reading some reviews stating that it is not the same product as the Biosilk available in stores. I am so glad I did! The product is the same and much less expensive in the larger bottle. I just use it to refill the 12 oz bottle that I keep in the shower.

This is my all time favorite shampoo. My hair is so thin so I have tried many products to help with fullness. This one works. I use it with the Biosilk conditioner and together my hair feels great.

The product is inconsistent. This is the third time I have purchased it, and each time it is of a different consistency. This time it is like water. I will not purchase again.

I think I like a lighter shampoo better such as Paul Mitchel Lavender Tee Tree shampoo is my favorite so far, but this is good too. Doesn't leave lots of residue on my hair. Best results if used with Biosilk conditioner which is amazing!
