Need a good rinse under a cold tap to remove the odd odour. When mixed with a sauce or pesto they are excellent. No carbs and few calories - ideal for low carb diet.I am onto my second order ( got rice and noodles )

If your on a low carb diet all the meat can be a bit much after a while, these noodles pad things out a bit. They have a strange vague smell of fish to them when first opened and need to be rinsed BUT it’s not a problem and it isn’t reflected in the taste. They are a lot of money for what they are but if your on the diet your sort of stuck!

Purchased this product because of the packaging photograph (shows original product). Used to buy from Holland & Barrett but manufacturer has changed recipe and packaging and H&B doesn’t stock it any more. The new product is different both in calories and texture. It arrived and it was the new packaging and recipe with each packet costing £1.80.I could have purchased this new product from Holland & Barrett for £1.25 per packet with their promotional deal. Not happy but couldn’t be bothered to send back 10 boxes. Suggest the seller updates their photograph! Point to note - original product is 35 kcals per 100g and the new product is 9 kcals - you can taste the difference in texture and personally it isn’t to my taste.

These noodles are great for a gluten free low carb diet, they don't really have a flavour to them so you can add them to any of your favourite dishes.

This product was used as a slimming aid. Good value ,good service.

Only to be used with fish dishes as give off a string odour even when rinsed. I make a Thai salmon soup and add the noodles as a healthier alternative
