Love this grinder
The bits have a feature that brings the water up to the glass so the piece stays wet the entire time so I can focus on the edges. Easy to clean. Nice to have the guard for my face also

Great grinder for stained glass
Great grinder for stained glass! It is pretty quiet for a grinder and good size. I like that there is an eye shield as extra protection along with safety glasses. Like that you can remove the back edge when working with bigger pieces of glass. The grinder bits that come with the product could last a bit longer.... but if you adjust the height of the bit you can get the most out of it! The bit has threads at the bottom which help to bring the water up to grinding area. I just tried to use another brand of a bit that does NOT have these threads and it does not seem to bring up the water .... it could be that I am using it wrong. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the grinder

Excellent grinder!
I love this grinder! Really easy to use. I bought it as a cheap one I could replace after I knew what were good brands, but I still haven't needed to replace it! I'd buy it again.

Works as expexted
Works well, but the grinding surface is not exactly flat and because of the gridded system, moving pieces of glass around on top of it is not always as smooth as it needs to be. Glass sometimes gets caught up on the work surface rather than gliding smoothly.It is nice not to need a sponge to keep the glass and grinding bit wet.My main complaint is that I don’t see how this machine can accept smaller bits - I need to use a 1/4 or 1/8” bit for a tight space but don’t believe that is possible. I will likely be replacing this with something else for that reason :(

Great for smaller projects. Love that no sponge is needed to keep the bringing wheel wet.

Blown fuses
This unit keeps blowing fuses. It is very frustrating. I have had it three months and have not used it heavily. Would not recimmend.

Actually returned this item because a friend gave us exact same item for free. Works wonderfully for stained glass art

The bits went dull way to fast, grit not gritty enough, no grit number to know which grit.
