Once the correct app had been installed (there are 2 on the App Store, only 1 works) the set up did take around 30 mins because of the location and poor wifi, now it’s set up if allows me to not put the heating on in my building if there’s only 1 room in use which is gonna save me a fortune on heating this winter, we can move it from room to room with ease, great piece of kit

only means of control is via an app which NEVER works. constant problems even getting the heater connected, if you you some how manage this none of the 'features' work, i cant even change the temperature! heater is great if by some miracal you get it to work, but most of the time it's just a shiny cylindrical room feature that doeesn't do anything

We bought this to heat our living room and it was fairly successful . Control is via your phone which is awkward to set up and we found didn’t always work. It wasn’t too bad a problem as we just switched it on or off.

We have bought a few of these now and they are great - until you get one with faulty network hardware.We recently got one like this - sometimes it shows as online (blue light) sometimes not (WiFi light out) but it is not controllable by the app in either state.The others work fine, so I can only assume that there are a certain amount of faulty units out there. I'd advise returning for replacement if you get one like that, it is very frustrating otherwise.Other than that, these seem excellent pieces of kit for the money - they look good, provide good heat and the app works well.
