Pocari Sweat Soft Drink (Powder Sachets) - 5 x 74g

I first come across Pocari Sweat in Japan where it is one akin to Lucozade (other isotonic sports products are available),where it is widely available in vending machines. I brought one of the 74g mixer pouches back with me as a reminder and after using it was relieved I could get more (oh the wonders of the internet).During the hot spell this summer I ordered more and I'm glad I did, oh boy what a scorcher, i take a sachet to work with me and have it over the course of the afternoon and feel so much better for the isotonic addition to the water.

I'm currently trying out a few rehydration solutions after getting an ileostomy. These are a little more expensive than buying ones from the EU but they are very tasty. Probably wouldn't buy again but they are good :)

I have used this product for many years in different places in the world. I have found it to be a very good thirst quencher and rehydrator. Price could be a little cheaper in the UK though.

Great to keep you hydrated after sports without being too sweet.

On a heavy night out, drink half a litre of Pocari Sweat before falling going to bed, and another 500ml in the morning, and you'll avoid a hangover.
