This product does not concentrate just on the protein but instead gives you also a massive amount of carbs per serving, so beware if you already have any weight on you at all this may not be the best product for you, especially if you are trying to cut up. The flavour I got was cookies and cream which is ok but a little bit sickly, you basically just have to get it down you as quick as you can, but it also does fill you up quite a lot too so remember that if you are about to eat a meal afterwards.
