This is a very good product I like that I can set a temperature and a time I want to eat. The food is hot and ready to eat i don't have to wait or use a microwave. I've made hot pockets in it and turned out perfect. Would buy another one and would recommend it.

I’ve been using this electric lunch box for work and travel. It’s convenient and the design is nice, but the heating performance isn’t very consistent in my experience. Sometimes it heats food properly, but other times it takes longer than expected or doesn’t warm evenly. It works for basic use, but I was expecting more reliable performance for daily use.

We found it very useful. My son works overnights driving and this lunch box is great for him on the road. He loves it. It heats up hot and fast.

Knowing how to use it, it's perfect. I only use it at lunchtime and my food is perfect, better than a microwave.

We had some electrical issues with this item, but the seller was super responsive and resolved our issue immediately. My husband LOVES this lunch box. He is a snowplow driver, so getting a hot lunch in the middle of a long shift is such a treat! He can pack his lunch, set the timer so it's ready when he has his lunch break. It easily holds plenty of whatever meal he has packed, so he isn't hungry afterwards. He has not experienced any leaks, which is really nice, so it's easy to clean up at the end of the day so he can load it up again! This unit is so convenient-we pack leftovers after dinner, and he puts the container into the fridge. He can just grab the container, and put it into the lunchbox in the morning before he leaves. This is a super great unit, and I know that he will enjoy this for a long time! *side note-he's found if he has rice or pasta, that can get crunchy while it is warming. He discovered adding a bit of water in the bottom helps to gently steam the food so it isn't crunchy... .not too much-you don't want it to be soggy! :)

So far so good. First time using the lunchbox and it works as it should kinda. I put a relative amount of food about half the container set the temp for 180 and to be done at 7pm. I noticed that the temp was reached but no battery left to keep warm the display was flashing a 5 and im assuming its at 5 percent then turned off. I cant charge past 98 percent so that might be an issue but not sure. Over all it worked for me so far and would definitely buy another. They do need to work on the bag though its absolutely as cheaply made as possible And dont see it lasting as long as the lunchbox but I will cross that bridge when I get there.

Only worked once.. dosnt work anymore.. charging it up only will charge to 98% then after few mins on standby it goes down to 5%. So won't even get warn
