This brand is the best Balsamic vinegar you can buy. Costs a little more than the grocery store ones but you get what you pay for. I have both the regular and the white. The regular I could just drink a spoonful, the white is a condiment, sweet and sour. It's really good too. They are both the "real thing' straight out of Modena, Italy.

I wasn't really looking for another dressing since I already had several in my pantry, but I was trying to make healthier food choices and liked that the ingredients were pretty simple. Turns out, it's actually really good. I've been using it on different kinds of salads and haven't found anything it doesn't work with yet. It goes well with both vegetables and meat and doesn't overpower the rest of the meal. The fact that it doesn't need refrigeration is also convenient. Glad I decided to give it a try.
