Bought these as a replacement for my son.he wears them several times a week so they don't last forever,bits of foam come off every time with the tape,this isn't a criticism though.quick delivery.very happy.

Perfect for line out blocks, need to put some tape on or lose some of the foam but perfect size, big enough for lifters to grip but not so large you look stupid!Nice and light as well.

get what you pay for they do the job. average quality but good hold

Have used these for the last couple of years and they are great. Some of my team mates use cut up pipe insulation but I dont find the lifters can get a propper grip. Strongly recommend wrapping them in insulation tape as bits of foam come off if you don't

Ad saids 4 blocks per pack. I was sent 1, good quality however I am missing 3 blocks.
