Q: Would this work with a 2019 crv?

I have used these on a 2017 CRV and they work fine. As long as there are fixing holes on the inside of the roof rails they are great.

Q: I have the thule alu-rapid complett-set with the outside lock mechanism, but how to lock these inner bolts, which can be unmounted easily?

The inner bolts have a specific star and pin shaped head and a supplied key and so the removal of the inner bolts is not that easy unless someone had that specific tool which I guess is not that common.
