This is an awesome chair. It's generously sized and comfortable. I love the rocking motion too, very smooth. Just realize when you buy this one that it folds in half but it won't be like those cheap camp chairs that collapse and fit into a bag. This one will require a little more storage room but it's worth it!

I got both of my parents these chairs for Christmas because my in laws already had them and every time I sat in one I thought they were SO comfortable for outdoor chairs. Now after seeing my parents use them too, I definitely think they were worth the purchase. These are way better quality than normal lawn chairs. They feel sturdy, supportive, and actually comfortable enough to sit in for long periods of time without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. The rocking feature is honestly my favorite part because it makes them so relaxing to sit in outside. They’re also super easy to fold up and store away which is really nice if you don’t want bulky outdoor furniture taking up a bunch of space. Even after being used a lot, they’ve held up really well and still look great. I also think these make such a good gift because they’re one of those things people probably wouldn’t always buy for themselves, but once they have them they use them all the time. Great for sitting outside, camping, bonfires, sports games, or just relaxing in the yard. Overall I definitely think these are worth the investment if you want outdoor chairs that are actually comfortable and high quality instead of the typical cheap lawn chairs that wear out quickly.

I LOVE this chair. It rocks incredibly smooth and feels solid and well‑made. There’s no awkward jerking or tipping—just an easy, relaxing motion that makes you want to sit longer than you planned. I actually bought this as a birthday gift for my parents, and it was an instant favorite. They use it all the time, whether relaxing outside, watching grandkids, or just enjoying the evening. Assembly was straightforward, and once set up, it feels sturdy and comfortable for extended sitting. The rocking feature really sets this apart from standard folding chairs—it’s genuinely relaxing, not gimmicky. If I had one small critique, it would be the size when folded down. I wish it were a bit more compact so it would fit easier in the back of my mid-size SUV without playing a game of trunk Tetris. It’s still portable, just not quite as compact as I'd like That said, the comfort and smooth rocking more than make up for it. I’d absolutely buy this again and would 100% recommend it—especially if you’re looking for a high‑quality, thoughtful gift.

We bought this chair for vacation because our baby likes to be rocked to sleep, and it ended up being a very useful addition to our trip. We used it every time we put him down for a nap while we were away, and it was especially convenient because it could easily be folded up and stored when we weren’t using it. The chair feels very well made and has held up well to frequent use. The folding mechanism is simple and convenient—you just pull the handle and the chair folds right up. It was easy to open and set up as well. Occasionally, the chair would creak while we were rocking, but this didn’t happen every time and wasn’t a major issue. Storage is one of the biggest advantages of this chair. It folds down easily and has a handle that makes it convenient to carry. We were able to store it behind our luggage in the car without taking up too much valuable space. Once we got home, we simply folded it up and stored it underneath the crib. We’ve used it quite a bit over the month or so we’ve owned it, including repeatedly rocking our baby to sleep, and it has held up very well so far. It feels sturdy and like it should last, although we haven’t owned it long enough to say how it will perform over several years of regular use. The chair is a little wide when it’s fully open, but we actually found that to be a benefit. There is plenty of room for someone who is a little larger, and the extra space is particularly helpful when holding a baby on their side while rocking. When folded, however, it is compact enough to make traveling with it practical. The biggest downside is the back support. After sitting in it for about 10–15 minutes, I found that I wanted more support. We solved this easily by putting a pillow in the seat/back area, which made it much more comfortable for longer rocking sessions. For rocking a baby, the chair is very comfortable and functional, especially because of the gentle rocking motion. The width gives you plenty of room to hold a baby comfortably without feeling cramped. However, the limited back support means it isn’t necessarily the most comfortable option for sitting for long periods without adding a pillow. Overall, we’re very happy with this chair for what we bought it for. It’s portable, easy to set up and put away, sturdy, and provides plenty of room for rocking a baby. The back support could definitely be better, but adding a pillow solves that problem. We’ve only owned it for about a month, so we can’t speak to its long-term durability yet, but based on how it has performed so far, it seems like a well-made chair that is especially convenient for travel. I would give 5 stars if the back support were a little better.

This isn't GCI's top of the line outdoor chair, but it is plenty nice and is a little less expensive than the others. It's well built and fairly comfortable. The rocking mechanism works great.

Needed a fold-up chair for my bedroom, due to having restless leg syndrome. This is the perfect solution, and comfortable. Quicked delivery than advised.
