So far, I like them because they are organic and they are capsules, I will look to see if they have capsules with Vit D3K2. If so, I will buy those instead. Overall, I can take them on an empty stomach with no issues.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:used before. good product

Evidenced by recent CBC (blood panel) after taking this for 6 months. I was taking about 7 drops a day, a drop more than what is 5000IU. I am finally within normal range of Vitamin D, when previously I have been deficient for years. Even when pregnant and using pill form D supplements, it never raised my vitamin D levels into the normal range. Also I’m nowhere close to the maximum vitamin D range where it is “dangerous”. Just got into healthy normal limits.If you are historically deficient, use this !!Also easiest way to take vitamin D and stay consistent. Tastes slightly like olive oil so I don’t mind at all. Very mild and do not have to swallow 6 pills which is a MUST for me. If you don’t like the taste for some reason, drop it into your drink, you won’t taste that at all.THIS STUFF WORKS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great product but not for elderly, disabled, or those who just have a hard time with chid proof caps. I don’t know why they put such a difficult cap on this, but I am disabled and even though I have full use of my hands, I wear myself out just painfully trying to get this cap off! Even my CNA has a very hard time and has to keep trying again and again to get it open. Takes 10 minutes of intense effort to get it open! I have never encountered a cap so difficult to remove! Like one of those soap dispensers where you have to push down very hard and keep turning and turning and hoping at some point the dispenser part will pop up, only with this there is nothing to pop up so you just keep checking to see if the cap will finally pull off! I would not recommend this product to anyone who has any kind of difficulty with getting any type of child proof cap off. I went back to my old brand of liquid Vit. D3 Nordic Naturals very easy to use and very effective costs the same but dose is larger so will go through bottle quicker. I may try saving the dropper cap from that product and see if it will fit onto this product, they both use droppers attached to cap. Nordic’s has measurements this products doesn’t but since they go by drops, don’t see a problem if Nordic cap fits. If you have a similar cap with a dropper you may want to try this too. The product may be great but doesn’t matter if you can’t get it open! 🤷‍♀️
