Lamy Safari Leather Single Pen Pouch [Black

I bought this to protect a stylus that came without a case. I was concerned that the pouch would be too small or too wide but it's absolutely spot-on. The stylus has slightly fragile rubber tips at both ends so I'm pleased this pouch is long enough to protect it. OK, so not bought for a Lamy Safari (although it fits my ancient Schaefer Targus perfectly so I guess perfect for the Safari as well) but I'm really pleased with this. And it's lovely, good-quality, supple but not floppy leather which will wear well. And at a jolly good price :) too, so what's not to like?

contrary from what the name suggests, the pen pouch ist not from Lamy, as original Lamy leather products have the name imprinted on them. The price should have been a warning. The pen pouch spreads a chemical smell that even sticks to your fingers. The buy was not worth it and a waste of Money.

Because they are such good quality, I have 3 of these in various colours for my fountain and roller ball pens and propelling pencil. I bought a pen as a gift and purchased another to protect it.

I'll give it 4* as it is reasonably well made. The topside leather was better quality than underside (not that there is really a top or bottom!). It doesn't smell like leather however. Doesn't mean to say it's not genuine as manufacturer may have coated it - but it doesn't leave you with that mmm smell.

Unlike other reviewers I was a little underwhelmed by this product. Fits my Lamy Al-Star fine but material and construction seem a little cheap to me. Its ok and I do use it but would have preferred something a little more substantial.

Very well made top quality luxurious leather. My pen is well protected in its very elegant pen pouch. Love it.

Soft case making it easy to carry in a pocket. Good quality. Prompt service. Would prefer one for my mini pen but not easy to find.
