Absolutely love this diffuser!!! So much so, that I made a second purchase. With the second purchase, the diffuser was not working properly; and I contacted customer service. Within a few hours after I emailed, I received a response. Hazel was truly amazing!!! Response time was very fast; and very thorough. Ultimately a new diffuser was sent; and from the moment I emailed, to receiving the new diffuser it took about 3 days. And the new diffuser is working perfectly!! This was by far the most amazing customer service experience I have ever had!!

I really love the easiness of working the controls. I’m losing my strength as I get older and this sure makes a difference. That’s what I loved about it.The things I’m disappointed about was it didn’t. mist and there was no bottle for my essential oil. The bottle I could fix as I have some that fit diffuser perfectly, I have other diffusers. I did all the tips to see if it would mist like cleaning it, changing the oil as some oils can be too thick,etc.I did try to contact seller and was told I had to contact Amazon. So I did. I give 5 stars to Amazon, they want diffuser returned and I did that today and they immediately are sending out a replacement. So when I get the new one I’ll give it a try and see what happens. The mist/spray is VERY light and fine. But you sure can smell the fragrance.So I’m for supporting small businesses so if you want to try this diffuser rest assured you can trust this company to make it right if something is wrong!! The media could not be loaded. I was excited to receive this and get some "stress relief" aromatherapy going, however, the only thing this product accomplished was an INCREASE in stress!CONS- Control knob is... inconsistent. Instructions are to turn the knob to the left to turn it on, then left again to change the frequency of dispersal. Turn to the right to decrease the frequency and to turn the unit off. As video shows, you have to spin the knob repeatedly until something magical happens and the unit turns on. Same thing with turning it off.- Triangles to line up the diffuser base and the screw-on atomizing nozzle cap are a royal pain to line up. Then, turns out that the triangles are not correctly aligned for the nozzles (see another review https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1VQ9F2MESI78X/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BD7DNB16).- Says it works with different sizes of bottles, but really only fits ones the exact same size as the one provided. I could not use my 10 ml bottles.- DOESN'T ACTUALLY DIFFUSE ANY SCENT!!! I ran it multiple times, for 3 hours and trying different diffuser/nozzle alignments but nothing. Ever. Happened. See video for the fact that it never even drew oil up into the tube....PROS+ Very cute+ Battery lasts a long time (while running the motor, trying desperately to get scent to come out!)

This is a very nice diffuser. Love that it is waterless, small and easy to carry especially for travel. I already bought many of these and I love them. Nice touch to your house, office, hotel stay during your travels. Highly recommended.

We love this device. It is relatively quiet and efficient. Clean it regularly and keep it upright when you have a vial of essential oil installed. We learned that the hard way! Bluehills replaced the unit and we are happy to be experiencing the great odor and ambiance of selected essential oils in our home and camper.

Love this! Each charge last a really long time, it's easy to use, and it's super effective. You start to smell the oil seconds after turning it on, and it permeates the room without being overpowering. Small, sturdy, and quiet. Also no water needed, so you don't have to worry about mold inside it! No leaking. Only a tiny light to indicate it's on, super discrete.

This diffuser stopped charging after 6 months of every other day use. The mist output was not great and didn’t fill my car even on the highest setting. I would not recommend buying this diffuser.

I bought this diffuser in January 2023. It’s now exactly 2 years later from date. I purchased this and it no longer works. The last six months it has been not holding a charge. Now you can’t even turn it on. For $47 I expected this to last a little more than a year and a half Wouldn’t recommend it.
