Step 1: Loosen Earwax
Use an ear spoon to loosen your earwax first. If the ear spoon does not work, use a wax softener. 
Step 2: Suck Out Earwax
Choose a suitable suction level, twist, and turn the tool round and round to get earwax.
Step 3: Sweep Out Residual Earwax
Use the blue brush to sweep out residual earwax.
Step 4: Rinse with Water
Clean all parts of the product, except the machine.

What can I do if the ear vacuum suction is weak for me?

Different people have different sensitivity. To protect the ears, our product designers keep the suction power below a safe level deliberately. You can resolve this issue by following these tips:
1. Make sure the battery is fully charged.
2. Make sure that the silicone tube is not flattened during logistics and transportation, and check whether there is any foreign matter in the silicone tube.
3. Install the replacement silicone ear spoon directly into the vacuum machine without using the 28-inch soft silicone tube, which will make the suction power stronger.
4. Before using the ear vacuum wax remover, apply 3-4 ear drops into the ears so that it will be easier to suck up the liquid.
