We bought this as a Christmas gift for the kids, and they were excited to play with it right away. The kinetic sand was a big hit and made the game feel different from the usual board games we have. It was easy for them to understand, and they actually played together without arguing, which was a nice bonus. They kept coming back to it after Christmas, and it’s one of those games that keeps them entertained without screens. Overall, it was a fun gift and definitely worth it.

My kid loves the butt book series, so when I found this game, I just had to buy it. Upon first opening, I wondered how well the game would play out, but it's quite easy to follow along and my kid loves it! Literally asks to play it every day. It doesn't take too long to do a round - maybe around 15 minutes.

This game was a hit right out of the box. The silly concept and banana-scented dough got a lot of laughs during our first few rounds, and it was easy enough for my younger child to join in with minimal help. That said, the excitement wore off pretty fast. After a couple of play sessions, my son lost interest, and it hasn’t been pulled out since. It’s still a fun party game or icebreaker, but probably not something kids will keep coming back to over and over.

This game is awesome! We love the I broke my butt series and this game is just like the books. Great game for all ages.

This game is so exciting and fun to play with my grandkids! Easy/ quick set up. We have all played it ages 4-54, and laughed and enjoyed the strategic moves to try and save your own player. Would highly recommend any grandparent looking for a fun easy game to enjoy with the grands get this game now!

My 3yr old and her father and I all LOVE this game! The sand is kinetic sand but seems to have just a little bit more of a stronger hold so the sand doesn't start falling too quickly. I really recommend this game. Its really alot of fun. My daughter got about 10 games for christmas (yeah, I know) and this has been the favorite for all of us. Ok so, you start by putting the different colored sticks in randomly. - Take the small ruby and push it into the sand and knead/mix the sand so you don't know where the ruby is. - Next put the sand on top of the sticks and spread it around evenly and try not to expose the ruby. - Take the grid design and place it on the sand and press firmly so that it transfers the pattern to the sand. - Each player selects the colored person they want and you roll the die to see what symbol you get and can choose whichever spot with that symbol is available and place your person into the sand enough so that it stands. - After everyone has their spots its time to play. Now the symbols don't matter just the color that it is you rolled, and whatever color it is you pull any stick of that color out. -Now there is a monkey symbol you can roll and when you do you take the "meddling monkey" piece and you place it on the back of another players person of your choice. Each time someone rolls the monkey they can choose to move it to another player or leave it on the same person. (HINT: you don't want the monkey....it makes you sink faster. *-* DONT FORGET to pay attention and watch for that ruby to drop and when it does whoever who sees it and grabs it first gets a redemption or 2nd life. So if and when they fall they can place their person back on top 1 time. *Last one standing is the winner!

Really sturdy game, that has survived multiple hours of family fun, with our 2 and 4 year old!. Easy to use and almost guaranteed to make your children laugh.
