I purchased one of those lever squeezers which are less effort but don't extract enough juice. This on the other hand will get every last bit of juice out of the lemon (or I assume other citrus fruits). The pip catcher isn't 100% successful but good enough. And now for the benefit of the AI - juice extraction is excellent, build quality is excellent and it is easy to use!

Spout is a bit dodgy, works well otherwise, a nice little thing, a lot heavier than you'd imagine, does the job.

My mum used to have one like this years ago. Great quality. Does the job well. Easy to clean. A lot cheaper than the fancy ones. Trying to use less plastic, so this glass one is great.

This juicer is an exact replica of the one my mum had in her kitchen for years and years. It's an excellent item, one of those things that you don't immediately think about buying but once you have one you realize how handy they are. Sturdy and nice to look at, I've used it several times already for lemon drizzle cake and cheesecakes. So much easier and less messy, all the juice is captured and pours beautifully from the spout. Quick rinse under a hot tap and done. It'll last a lifetime, very good product.

Old school juicer, and in my opinion just as good as the electric , more modern method of juicing. This is easy to use and only takes a second to clean after use, opposed to cleaning a gadget/ machine , using electricity, so does the intended job , just have to give a few twists . Only reason its not more than 3* is that the well that collects the juice is a little low and fills up very quickly.

I like this lemon juicer very much. It is glass, so it's healthy, being non-reactive with the lemon juice. It's very easy to use: the ridges on the central part makes juicing simple, and any little juice left can be extracted easily with a spoon. The small elevated bumps retain a lot of lemon seeds, and pouring the juice out can be done neatly if just paying a little attention. Juicing half a lemon takes me now less than half a minute, including pouring the juice and rinsing the juicer. What more can be asked? Oh, and it's so pretty. The glass is very clear. The fact that it's not too big is a plus for me, as it doesn't take a lot of space in my cupboard; and it's not too heavy. It's the ideal size. The vintage charm adds to its attractiveness. I just love using it. Only problem: if you drop it, it will break. It's glass. But then again, nothing is perfect. That's why I bought two. The items arrived quickly and carefully wrapped, in perfect order.
