Harbinger Polypropylene Dip Belt with Steel Chain

Good belt, compact and easy to use to load dips and pullups. Chain is quite long, i find it better to loop it round twice. Fit and comfort is fine - maybe tiny bit big on me (I'm 5ft, 50kg-ish so it should fit an average size person no problem!). Only minor thing - there was a point during first set of pullups where i thought the weight might slide off taking my pants with them. They didn't though, I just had to be careful with positioning. And I think this was only an issue because of the size thing mentioned above, and choice of pants - so not to worry for most ppl!

I use this belt 2-3 time per week, usually for heavy dips and pull-ups. This belt feels great around the hips and the clasp, chain, and belt material have held-up extremely well over the years. This belt has held 180lbs+ on mutliple occasions and its high quality has not degraded. It has been a staple in my gym bag for years and i'm sure it will continue to be. If you are looking for a durable dip/weighted pull-up belt, look no further. I have been very impressed with its quality and durability.

I purchased this Weight Dip belt so that I could add to the difficulty in performing pullups, chin-ups, and dips. Adding weight is an easy way to greatly increase the difficulty and results from body exercises. I have been stuck at being able to perform about 15 pull ups for a long time despite work on a rowing machine and lat pull downs machines. Every time I hop up expecting to do a couple extra pull ups but end with the same result. After a few weeks of doing pull-ups with an extra 25 lbs of weight strapped to me, I can know hit close to 20 pull ups without weight. This belt is a quality made belt that is comfortable to wear. To use it you throw the belt around you then run the chain from one side through the second loop. You then run the chain through the hole in a plate and clip it back to wear you started. The weight sits comfortably below your crotch and between your knees. This belt will be the only one you will ever need to buy unless of course you somehow loose it. I did not receive any discounts or free products for providing this review of Harbinger's dip belt. The belt was simply high quality and a great product. If this is an item you are looking for it will be exactly what you want and you want need to search for a better one in the future. Great quality.
