Dr. Mercola always has the most high quality supplements in my opinion. I needed to find a good B supplement to support a lower carb diet helping to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. I feel more sustained energy when I take this one. If you need a good B complex give this one a try.

I am very happy with this product, I don't get yellow urine after taking it, that tells me more of it is going into my body not the toilet. Dr Mercola also made the percentages lower since vitamin B is water sailable, I actually take it twice a day morning and at night.

I've taken the Gummues and the liquid. I prefer the gummy which is tasty.
