However I have seen it work on previously oil treated deck. **Q: does this liquid have to be scrubbed in with a brush on decking and then jet washed afterwards?** A: We used a brush to scrub liquid in we didn’t have facilities to jet wash used brush and watering can to clean and remove moss and the product from the decking ready to paint.
