I got them because they are good for several ailments I suffer from, but I'm not on prescribed drugs for them. It's complicated as to why I'm not on prescribed drugs, but supplements like this work well for me. Advice is to take 2 tablets daily, you may only see a difference after a week, as they are not an instant kick. So far, no problems with upset tummy.

We are about 3/4 through the bottle and I am not sure if there are working. She still has sleep issue and her anxiety hasn't gotten better. I did hear it does take about 10 weeks to work and this bottle a months worth. My daughter likes the taste of the gummies and takes 2 a day. We will be trying this for about 3 months to see if it works. If it does then its worth the every penny.
