No visible glue marks or seams, Overall these are probably the prettiest speakers in their class. They do lack any kind of speaker grill mounting options, so be careful if you've got small children that might poke the tweeters inside out. Creature comforts: Easily the dumbest yet best feature of these speakers is you have the ability to turn off the darn status LED! So many speakers ruin their clean looks by having some obnoxious green or blue light to tell you its turned on! The Fluance speakers allow you to turn off this status light, allowing them to maintain a subtle and classical appearance. Beyond that they come with a simple remote with all the main functions one could need, plenty of speaker wire so you can really space them apart if you want to. Cons?: Of course the lack of really punchy bass is to be expected, there's little way to avoid that without tampering with the clean and crisp sound these speakers produce. A subwoofer is definitely a purchase on the horizon. Would have been nice to have a USB input as well. Some computers can have a bit of hiss if you're connecting via 3.5mm jack.
