I think you need to stick with it.. massage regularly and be patient.. General rule is about 3-6 drops of rosemary per teaspoon of carrier oil. **Q: How do u dilute the oil ?** A: Hi you don't have to dilute it, I use it neat as think it's already diluted, you can use a barrier oil though to dilute if you want to, like almond oil for instance if you have no nut allergies..
