Shop Dulux Once Gloss Paint For Wood And Metal - Pure Brilliant White 2. 5 Litres. Review: Good quality paint, and covers very well. - Bought with a low expectation of only needing one coat to cover some beige woodwork, so was pleasantly surprised to find that it done what it said on the tin. One coat! What a relief!! Good thick consistency, but be warned, once the can is opened, the paint will form a top crust in a matter of days once air is inside the can, even if you have sealed the lid well again. However, this can be prevented by laying cling film directly on top of the paint to ensure that no air gets to the paint. It is a bit smelly, and does take a while to dry thoroughly, but it is the best gloss I’ve ever used, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. I wouldn’t like to say if it would need two coats if a much darker colour were underneath. Probably would be my guess. Review: Fab value for money - This is super value for money, really thick and dries over night, it goes on lovely but can smell quite strong initially. The tin size allowed me to do nearly all my doors and skirting boards in my bungalow. It’s really easy to apply too! ## Features - Flammable liquid and vapour. - Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. - One coat - High Gloss Finish - Interior or exterior - Easy to apply - Long lasting white ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00N854EWY | | Best Sellers Rank | 2,939 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 34 in Wall Paint | | Brand | Dulux | | Brand Name | Dulux | | Colour | white us | | Colour Code | #FFFFFF | | Container Type | Tin | | Country of Origin | United Kingdom | | Coverage | 30 square metres | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 3,708 Reviews | | Dry Time In Hours | 16 | | Finish Type | Gloss | | Finish type | Gloss | | Full Cure Time | 16 Hours | | Global Trade Identification Number | 05010212417485 | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Is Waterproof | True | | Item Form | Aerosol | | Item Volume | 2500 Millilitres | | Item Weight | 7.22 Pounds | | Item volume | 2500 Millilitres | | Manufacturer | AkzoNobel | | Model Name | Once Gloss | | Model Number | 2.5L | | Paint Type | Spray | | Part Number | 2.5L | | Product Warranty | No warranty. | | Size | 2.5 l (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | Waterproof | | Special feature | Waterproof | | Specific Uses For Product | Once | | Surface Recommendation | Wood, Metal, Plastic | | Unit Count | 2500.0 millilitre | | Water Resistance Level | Waterproof | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Dulux - **Colour:** white us - **Finish type:** Gloss - **Item volume:** 2500 Millilitres - **Paint type:** Spray - **Size:** 2.5 l (Pack of 1) - **Special feature:** Waterproof - **Specific uses for product:** Once - **Surface recommendation:** Wood, Metal, Plastic - **Unit count:** 2500.0 millilitre ## Images ![Once Gloss Paint For Wood And Metal - Pure Brilliant White 2. 5 Litres - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71npks0ToUL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality paint, and covers very well. *by U***D on 4 June 2025* Bought with a low expectation of only needing one coat to cover some beige woodwork, so was pleasantly surprised to find that it done what it said on the tin.
