Swiss O' Par Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye Kit (Black)

Just wow, so so simple to use, apply the water solution to lashes so saturated leave for 3 mins and apply gel and watch as the clear gel goes dark and instantly tints the lashes. Yes it stings a bit, but you remove it immediately and nowhere as bad as traditional tints that have to stay on the eyes for 10 mins plus and make my eyes stream. I used a little glass dish for the gel and a eyelash tint brush to apply the gel so cannot comment on the comb. Both eyes beautifully tinted in under ten minutes from start to finish. I absolutely love this product.

Gives a soft black colour to both lashes and brows so t looks far more natural than other shades I have used. Can't say I found the paper eyeguards any use at all and the comb is more likely to stain your skin than get the product on your lashes or brows so I use disposable mascara wand to apply mine and it seems to do the trick. Great little kit which gives you everything you need and is great if you are looking for a more natural look rather than a stark, strong and artificial looking black

I have naturally very blonde/translucent eyelashes, particularly my bottom lashes but I found myself not wanting to bother putting mascara on my eyelashes every day during lockdown. This dye was perfect, it makes such a huge difference. It can be a little tricky to use, and I would recommend using an old mascara wand to apply the gel second step as it does stain skin very quickly. The first time I used it, I ended up dying my eyelids a little too but it washed off my skin completely after a couple of days. Applying the gel did make my eyes water a little, but it was in no way painful but something it be aware of if you are trying to avoid staining skin. Made sure you have a stash of cotton buds on hand to quickly wipe away any excess. The dye hasn't faded at all on my eyelashes and I have only had to reapply to new growth. If you are prepared to be cautious and patient with application, then I can definitely recommend.

Let me just start with saying that this product is not suitable for beginners. I have been tinting my eyebrows for the last 15 years on monthly basis, so had plenty of practice, but did not find it easy with this product. You have to have a very steady hand as it will show any mistakes and imperfections. I followed the instructions exactly as suggested the first time but the results were not even and my eyebrows looked patchy and ginger in some places despite the colour I was using being black. The black colour has warm undertone which is an exact oposit of what I was looking for as warm tones do not suit my skin tone. I have applied the product for second time straight after and waited for a while (hoping for black and more even colour) and when I took it off... well see pictures attached. The product has stained my skin a little but personally I don't mind it as it gives more dimension. It is amazing on lashes and very easy to use when applying using old mascara wand.

I don't understand how this product ever got through product testing. Maybe it works on rabbit eyelashes but certainly doesn't do anything for human ones. I first tried using it as the instructions said and it was a disaster, mixing the colours on your eyelash just doesn't work, it's so messy and gets all over your eyelids, even using the paper protectors. It seems to want to dye everything but hairs. Then I tried applying with a mascara wand which was marginally better but you'd need a microscope to see what difference it made to my lashes (which are blonde so should show dye). Then a third attempt some months later I tried pre-mixing the two dyes and applying with a paintbrush. Also didn't work, it stuck to my lashes better than the other two attempts but there's no effective way of removing it so I left it for the said time, wiped it off with a cotton pad and it smeared black dye all over my lids, basically none if it dyed my lashes and I ended up scrubbing my panda eyes for 5 mins and now my lashes are the same colour as before except I look like I didn't take off last night's makeup properly. Absolutely useless I really don't see how this product could work for lashes, might work for brows but DO NOT BUY FOR LASHES. Save your money, save up to have them done professionally or donate it to a charity instead of wasting it on this useless product.

I have used this brand before and was a little shocked when receiving one empty container BUT they changed the method and now you mix yourself the solution 1 with vitamin C tablets, which the kit contains, if anything this feels better than before as you don't have to worry about cross-contamination and use the liquid for a whole session and then make a new one for the next. In terms of application itself its just important to drench the eyelashes in the solution 1, (which I do a few times instead of using too much liquid at once) let dry for a few minutes (I do 5 minutes) and then apply the solution 2 which finally dyes the eyelashes. Yes the solution got into my eyes multiple times but it just stings for a bit and then its over, this is part of the process and if anything it gets easier to apply over time once you learn to do it more carefully. My lashes are almost white to I need 3 rounds, and I can use the same Solution 1 for the whole session. Once the solution 2 is applied there’s no need to leave on as the taint activates immediately when the two solutions come into contact, so rinse straight away, dry, and reapply. It’s quite likely most people need a few rounds to see the result they need. And as eyelashes fall quite often naturally, you will need to do this again in a couple of weeks, but for me it’s worth it as I don't have to apply mascara every day. I do think my eyes look more awake and helps me look my age.

I love this product so much. Value for money and actually simple to use and it works. This was my second time purchasing it. I have really fair eyebrows and applying this makes them a darker brown, closer to my auburn hair colour. As for people saying it appeared patchy, I think that's down to the technique of application. I find it works a lot better if you brush your eyebrows upwards - or in a method where they aren't crossed over each other, and then use the product. Also good to use the 1st bottle application about three times to ensure all the hairs are covered well before using the gel. And don't apply it all at once on the one eyebrow as the timings will probably go uneven and you're at more risk of having the dye on one for longer than the other and then resulting in uneven colour! :)

As a redhead with very light blonde lashes and eyebrows I thought adding a little more 'colour' to my appearance would be a good idea. This worked fine on my lashes and left a light brown colour after the recommended 1 minute wait time. After a friend's recommendation to reduce the wait time on my eyebrows, I only left the dye on my brows for 30 seconds before applying the gel. The colour was far too dark and nearer to black than brown so dread to think what the 1 minute wait would have looked like. I'm very disappointed with the results as the colour is simply too dark for a lot of people I would imagine would opt for the brown colour. Won't be dying again as quite frankly my brows look ridiculous and will do now for several weeks!
