Best on the market
Context: my elderly parents love ice cream but struggle with normal scoops.Pros:*The quality of this scoop is second to none.*Extremely easy to use and clean*Glides through ice cream like a warm knife through butterCons:*The price is expensive but I have bought several of these over the years as gifts for friends and they are always appreciated.*The size of this particular scoop is on the larger side, I returned for next size down.

Can use it on ice cream straight out of the freezer. Perfect balls. Fits nicely onto a cone.

Faulty item
Product appears to be leaking some kind of fluid from the base. It has been carefully hand-washed & used only a handful of times. VERY disappointed!

Unbelievably good
Who would have thought it was worth spending so much on an ice cream scoop ?Well not my wife and daughter - they thought I was off my head, but guess what …. It’s absolutely brilliant.Scoops through ice cream effortlessly and releases it happily without the aid of a finger or spoon.Can’t say right now that I’ll spend the same again on the bigger 16 size, but never say never ;)

Good scoop
Had to replace our old scoop which had been going for years.This looks good feels good and is easy to use (even comes with instructions should you need them!)Remember these should not go in the dishwasher

Customer service no help =scoop to big I ordered.
I sent a message on here to Zeroll asking for advice. As I was not sure on the 6 different sizes. So I ordered the size 20 in a Gold capped end. This is massive I recomend this scoop for large tubs but not little 2 pint ice cream tubs. As you can't get a good roll and the scoop head is too big.The are care instructions in the box so I'm not sure why people are wrecking their scoop then moaning about it. It clearly states never wash in a dishwasher. Hand wash only on cold or slightly warm water.
