It's so nice to get up in the morning and not have a stiff neck or wake up a gazillion times a night with sore shoulder or arms going asleep. I tried 'em all! This works! I had no problem adjusting as this pillow felt much better than my old pillow. I sleep on the shorter side of the pillow as my neck is short and it works fantastic with short necks. I had problems before with sliding off my pillow at night, because the pillow was too full, causing my head to bend upwards, which results in a very sore neck in the morning. This pillow is just perfect. Didn't have to remove anything. So, if your neck is hurting, or shoulders, you need a new pillow.
