Small compact unit with a big output and easy to use.
The unit was easy to install, and was a replacement for a larger machine, that had expired. The output more than covers our daily usage in our social club, and allows extra to be bagged and put in freezer for special high use events. A good investment, and value for the cost.

Makes ice but doesn't have a drainage pump which it needs.....
You have to have it high otherwise it doesn't work....I would have chosen another version if I had known it didn't have a drainage pump.

Warranty not obtainable
This product did not use 3 months b4 it stopped producing ice. Tried reporting the fault and no body to contact for warranty and co.
