My aged aunt wanted to revise her will. After some research I realised it's easier just to make a new one, as her bequests were straightforward. Over a period of months I contacted several forms of solicitors, of which one said they did house calls (my aunt is house bound) but the firm that did do them 'wasn't doing them at the moment'. Through the Law Society's 'find a solicitor' service, I contacted eight firms, none of whom replied - is that system even working? Bear in mind I was perfectly willing to pay the costs of a home visit. Long story short, I gave up, bought this, and had a new will drawn up in a day. Caveat: my aunt is still alive so we'll have to see how probate works out! But it's given her great peace of mind so it's worth it for that alone.

Item came quickly as advertised. As I had recent passing of family members, and the politics that arise that come from when things are not clearly defined, I took it upon myself to take action proactively to esure my loved ones didn't experience the same plight. The price and the fact is was available on Prime led me to this product; it arrived at the time promised in perfect condition. The kit itself was easy to understand; well thought out and easy to complete. It has allowed me to have peace of mind when the inevitable happens. I don't write reviews often, but rhis has helped me and the people I care about in an easy to understand format.

The kit arrived quickly and before the estimated delivery date. A clear explanation of how to complete the will is contained with the pack, making completing the will very user friendly. Would recommend to anyone wishing to make a straightforward will.

It excellent for the majority of people. It is also clear when it should not be used. It is noy applicable if you have your own business or if you have assets (for example property) abroad. Given those restrictions, it is very good. As well as clear text explaining what you must and must not do, it has four pro-forma wills with completed examples of each. If you are not one of the exceptions, I can wholly recomend it

I arranged for the pack to be sent directly to my in-laws but when my husband went to them and viewed it was an extensive pack with Wills for different situations. Very happy with this and easy to use.

Nice quality document and a nice straightforward guide, it was just missing one of the will templates. Not one that I wanted to use luckily but the most common one apparently (Will 4).
